About the Course

Lights, camera and action! Embark on a filmmaking journey with Brunei’s very own experienced and young film-director, Abdul Zainidi. You will get to learn the history of film, the cameras they used until now as well as the fundamentals of being a good filmmaker in terms of working with a team or going solo. Finally, discover what genres and filmmaking style fits your story. You will even get to know how he shot his acclaimed films, ‘Vanishing Children’ and also ‘Worm and the Widow’ which were showcased at both the Cannes Short Film Corner and Busan International Short Film Festival respectively. If you’re a lover of films and storytelling, this course is for you!
