1. How does online course with BenchLab work?

BenchLab's online courses contain pre-recorded video lessons with respective course instructors. Each online course will be "live" for seven consecutive days, during which you can access the lessons and interact with the course instructor in your own time. Once you have completed the mandatory lessons, you will receive an e-certificate.

To enroll, you are required to first make payment using credit/ debit card. You will receive two important e-mails. The first e-mail will contain an e-ticket if your payment is successful. The second e-mail will provide you with instructions in accessing the online course throughout the 7-day period. Please notify BenchLab if you do not receive these two e-mails.

2. How do I register for a BenchLab course?

If you are currently on our website (www.benchlab.co), click on a course that you are interested in and find “Book Now” button. By clicking on the “Book Now” button, you will be redirected to the Ticketing Page hosted by Progresif Events.

If you are currently on Progresif Events’ website (www.progresifevents.com), click on a course that you are interested in and look for the “Buy Tickets” button at the top right corner of the page. By clicking on the “Buy Tickets” button, you will be redirected to the Ticketing Page hosted by Progresif Events.

Once you are on the Ticketing Page, select the number of tickets you would like to purchase and click on “Next”.

You should see registration forms for the number of tickets you have enquired for. Please fill in the forms with correct information about the learners, which will be used to provide course access and e-certificate. Please take note that we do not share your information to a third-party entity.

When the registration forms have been filled, you may proceed to the next page to make your online payment using credit or debit card.

You will receive two emails: a confirmation email immediately after your payment has successfully completed and another email from BenchLab with the coupon code, link to the online course and guidelines on how to use the BenchLab online learning platform.

3. Do I have to access the online course every day throughout the given 7-day period?

No. You can access the online course anytime you wish to within the 7-day period. However, it is advisable to start the course early so that you can complete it (and earn your e-certificate) before the course closes.

4. How long is the online course I registered for?

Depending on your course instructor, the average duration of an online course is about 120 minutes.

5. How do I pay for a BenchLab workshop/course?

Please use your credit or debit card to pay for you ticket(s) on the Progresif Events system. Please take note that BenchLab will bear the 3% bank fee while you are only required to pay for the course fee. However, if you encounter any problem with the payment, please contact us via +673-7113771 or admin@benchlab.co.

6. What is included in the course fee?

By gaining access to the online course, you can watch video lessons, download supplementary lessons (subject to course instructor), interact virtually with course instructor and other learners, and earn an e-certificate upon fulfilling the course’s requirement.

7. Can I purchase individual lessons?

No. You will have to purchase the whole online course in order to access any of the lessons in an online course.

8. I want to cancel my course. Is there a refund policy?

No. However, you may transfer your slot to another person as long as BenchLab is notified 1 hour before the start time of the online course.

9. Can I transfer my payment to another course?

No. However, you may transfer your slot to another person as long as BenchLab is notified 1 hour before the start time of the online course.

10. Can I sign up after the online course has started?

No. In order to provide you with adequate time to learn, we do not allow sign ups when the online course has already started. However, please let us know if you are interested in a particular course so that we can notify you when the online course is repeated.

11. Do I have to prepare anything before the course starts?

At the very least, you will need a computer with access to stable internet connection. Additionally, please refer to the free introductory video of the online course, in which the instructor may provide recommendations on things to prepare before the course. However, please let us know if you are unable to find this information.

12. Is there a minimum requirement of skills for the course?

Please refer to the level requirement found in the online course description.

13. Will I be able to go back and resume/ restart the course?

Yes, please refer to the course description for the start date/time and end date/time for your 7-day access.

14. What do I do if I finish the online course early?

As long as you still are within the 7-day period of your selected online course, you still have access to the lessons and the course instructor. We highly encourage you to make full use of the time to upskill.

15. I have paid for the online course, but I do not have any time to complete all the lessons within the 7 days. Will there be a time extension for the course?

No. We highly encourage you to consider your time availability prior to committing to any course.

16. Can I download any of the lessons?

Depending on the instructor, you may receive downloadable lessons.

17. Will I get a certificate when I complete my course?

Yes, you will receive a downloadable e-certificate after you have completed all the video lessons of the course and submit your feedback survey as a learner.

18. Can I choose how my name appear on the course e-certificate?

Yes. Please notify BenchLab 1 hour before the start time of the online course if you have a preference with your name on the e-certificate.
