Recommendation: Bring along your excitement, a laptop (Illustrator or Inkscape installed) and a computer mouse.
By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to create a basic design using paper snowflakes, 2) how to create a vector image from a drawing, 3) how to manipulate vectors using various tools, 4) how to create a 100cm x 100cm scarf, 5) how to use pantone when referring to a colour, 5) how to use colour wheel to create colour scheme, 6) the colouring techniques using solid colours and also gradients, and 7) how to use a pre-made Blender project files to see how the scarf will look like in 3D space.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Adika of MahkotaDesign.Bn. You’ll be learning from a young local talent whose experience in designing does not stop at tudung designs. His bubbly character will have you feel comfortable learning such comprehensive set of skills. His collection of tudung designs and knowledge of textile printing will really be worth the time spent at this workshop. Once you’ve met Adika, you know he is generous with his tips and tricks in this industry as well.
