Recommendation: Bring along your excitement and burning questions on baking. You are encouraged to bring your own apron and basic stationery.

By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to define, measure and mix ingredients, 2) how to estimate the cost of ingredients used, 3) which techniques to use to achieve desired results for every step, 4) how to do packaging of the finished product, and 5) how to estimate the selling price.

BenchLab Talented Instructor: Hasni binti Othman of HBO signature. You’ll be learning from a multi-talented entrepreneur who has been active in business for 6 years now. Aside from womenswear, she loves making and selling pastries. Hasni is very delighted to share her simple tart recipe along with other tips and tricks that she has gained throughout her experience in the food business.
