By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) the basic ingredients of Kueh Koci, Ang Ku and Onde-Onde, 2) the processes in preparing the fillings and making doughs for Kueh Koci, Ang Ku and Onde-Onde, 3) how to shape Kueh Koci and prepare coating for Onde-Onde, and 4) how to make own Kueh Koci, Ang Ku and Onde-Onde.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Moi of Sweet Nonya Delights Cafe. You will be learning from a woman whose extraordinary culinary talent started with her love for cook books and gastronomy. Believe it or not, all those scrumptious and innovative kueh (traditional pastries) at Sweet Nonya Delights Cafe were from this self-taught cook. She also enjoys fusing natural colourings in her cookings. To Moi, she wishes that the community in Brunei will understand what really goes into the making of popular traditional kueh and fall in love with the processes of making them.
