By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to make éclairs, 2) how to maintain crunchiness of the éclairs, 3) how to make three different types of éclairs and fillings (classic vanilla pastry cream éclairs, salted caramel and chocolate éclairs & strawberry/fruits and cream éclairs and 4) how to decorate éclairs with different styles.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Fatin Yakob of Aneka Patisserie. You’ll be learning from a culinary art major who is now a pastry chef both in Aneka Patisserie and Aneka Rasa Restaurant. She realized her passion in culinary when she was still in primary school from the frequent trips to Aneka Rasa restaurant as well as helping out at her mother’s bakery. Fatin then started embarking in the culinary industry and she was fortunate to be trained at prestigious restaurants in England and Malaysia as a pastry chef. Having worked in such extravagant places definitely set Fatin’s bar high in desserts. She will be sharing tips and tricks so, what are you waiting for?
