This primary school teacher will take your kids (ages 6-12) on a very imaginative world of character drawing!

Recommendation: Students may be accompanied by their parents/guardians. Bring own colour pencils.
By the end of this workshop, your kid is officially #MadeInBenchLab and will: 1) know how to draw using basic shapes and lines, 2) develop their drawing ability, 3) get acquainted to key art movements, 4) be able to use the colour theory, mixing different colours for shading, 5) know how to design characters (face, body type, costume and accessories) based on everyday things, and 6) know how to improve his/her still life figure drawing.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Firdaus Aus of Pingako. You’ll be learning from a primary school teacher with talent in teaching children English and Art & Design. Firdaus has been drawing all his life and is always eager to share his knowledge to others. In 2002, he represented Brunei for an ASEAN Youth Camp in Myanmar, where his fine artwork was exhibited. In 2006, he was a Fine Arts Liaisons Officer for the ASEAN Youth Camp and contributed to the design of an official logo. His work has been published many times locally.
