Recommendation: Students may be accompanied by their parents/guardians. Bring your own colour pencils.
By the end of this workshop, your kid is officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to design their main character, 2) how to add accessories to their main character, 3) how to make new characters such as sidekicks and villains 4) the basics of world building their characters live in, 5) the colour theory for the different types of character, and 6) know how to create story about their existing characters.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Firdaus Aus of Pingako. You’ll be learning from a primary school teacher with talent in teaching children English and Art & Design. Firdaus has been drawing all his life and is always eager to share his knowledge to others. In 2002, he represented Brunei for an ASEAN Youth Camp in Myanmar, where his fine artwork was exhibited. In 2006, he was a Fine Arts Liaisons Officer for the ASEAN Youth Camp and contributed to the design of an official logo. His work has been published many times locally.
