By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to make tiramisu, 2) how to prepare your own tiramisu cream and coffee syrup, 3) how to make ladyfingers from scratch, 4) the correct technique to assemble the tiramisu and 5) how to decorate and garnish the finished dessert.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Tuesday Chef. You’ll be learning from a passionate baker who is eager to share his love for pastry baking to the world. He has attended several classes locally and overseas (Malaysia, Singapore and many more) as part of his professional and personal development. He has taught a few classes before and is excited to teach his very first class with BenchLab to help individuals to explore their potential and gain confidence in pastry baking perfection.
