By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to make Macarons, 2) how to achieve crunchy shells and gooey Macaron, 3) how to assemble the Macaron into a tower and 4) decorate the Macaron with different fillings and styles.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Fatin Yakob of Aneka Patisserie. You’ll be learning from a culinary art major who is now a pastry chef both in Aneka Patisserie and Aneka Rasa Restaurant. She realized her passion in culinary when she was still in primary school from the frequent trips to Aneka Rasa restaurant as well as helping out at her mother’s bakery. Fatin then started embarking in the culinary industry and she was fortunate to be trained at prestigious restaurants in England and Malaysia as a pastry chef. Having worked in such extravagant places definitely set Fatin’s bar high in desserts.
