By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to identify the types engraving tools used, 2) how to handle the tools in a safe and proper technique, 3) the types of fruits and vegetables that can be carved and 4) two types of carrot flower carving patterns.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Muhammed Farid Fathullah Bin Haji Mohd Yussof of Luminous Fred. You’ll be learning from a chef who is a master at carving fruits and veggies! Farid has more than 10 years of experience in this industry and has won a Culinary Arts contest that was organized by Brunei Halal a few years back. He has been carving on fruits and vegetables since 2005 and eventually made a side income with this skill. He believes that carving on fruits and vegetables is a remarkable decor that can enhance every dish made. After having years of experience on fruits and vegetables carving, Farid wishes to pass on his knowledge to other culinary enthusiasts so that they can impress their guests with this skill as well as gaining some side income.
