By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) the basic knowledge of different types of crochet yarns available, 2) the basic knowledge of the different kinds of crochet hooks, 3) how to read a crochet pattern, 4) learn 2 basic techniques to crochet a mini bag, 5) how to sew the zipper to the bag, 6) how to make shoulder traps and 7) how to decorate your own bag.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Maisarah Nguyen of Mabel Garden (Mabel Trading). You’ll be learning from a brilliant Vietnamese lady who has crafty hands! She has been doing crochet for over 20 years and seeing how her products are always on demand, she turned her hobby into a career! She has created various products using crochet to sell to the public as well as for gifts to her loved ones. On the weekends she spends her time teaching soft skills like crochet, sewing, painting to kids and teenagers. Hence in this workshop, Maisarah wishes to share her expertise in making a crochet phone bag!
