By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to cook/bake hi-tea including chicken vol-au-vents, sandwiches, wraps, crepe cake, pannacotta and lemon bars, 2) how to style your tabletop according to the event, 3) the basic guide to food presentation and food plating, 4) how to serve your guests with correct serving technique and 5) how to ensure overall safety at any event.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Fadhil of Coffeewithdillan. You’ll be learning from a young man who has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Having worked in multiple functions ranging from Royal Banquets and Wedding Banquets, specializing in dinners and butler services, Fadhil is not a stranger in this field. He once coordinated a banquet that catered over 5500 people during two simultaneous events. Despite the time constraint, he was able to get everything within control in a short period of time. His dedication to train other people with this skill has helped them to built careers in the food and beverage industry. Fadhil wishes to dispense his knowledge to more people so that everyone can enjoy the thrill of beautiful banquets!
