BenchLab Talented Instructor: Hasni Othman of HBO Signature. You'll be learning from the boss lady behind HBO Signature who's an advocate of "Doing-It-Yourself" and making a business out of one's passion! Aside from womenswear, she also has a passion for traditional Malay cuisines. She wants to share the beauty in the spices and ingredients combination used in this cuisine through different dishes, from kueh semperit to Mee Kari Penang. Take this chance to learn the tips and tricks Hasni has gathered from her years in the food business!
