BenchLab Talented Instructor: Ah Mit’s Delicacy. You’ll be learning how to make these delicious delicacies with the grandson of Ong Ah Mit. His grandmother was obligated to bake and sell it at the tamu when her late husband passed away to feed her children. To increase daily productivity, most of his aunts were called to help bake and sell the kueh but without advanced kitchenware, they were forced to bake them using the traditional method. A few years after, they then decided to open up the Ah Mit’s Delicacy cafe to preserve their family recipe and share it to the world.
