By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) how to get better shots using rules of grid, colour contrast, leading lines, 2)the dos and don'ts in mobilography and framing, 3) how to shoot creatively using shadows and colour play, 4) how to edit photos using Lightroom and VSCO and 5) how to include typography in photos using Phonto and Picarts.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Izzat Faris. You'll be learning from the man behind the captivating works curated under the moniker 'Izzathello'! Izzat is an advocate for the underrated skill that is phone photography. He is passionate about exploring the vast potential of camera phones and this is observed from his many curated works. The time spent practicing and perfecting this skill has pushed him to create photogenic works simply with the click of a button. The 'mobilegraphy' movement widely celebrated overseas has pushed him to further understand this skill. Izzat hopes to show that quality photography need not require fancy gadgets but can be easily done with the phones in your pockets.
