By the end of this workshop, you are officially #MadeInBenchLab and will know: 1) the ingredients used in making pavlova, 2) steps and techniques in making pavlova, 3) how to make the toppings and 4) how to decorate the pavlova into a finished product.
BenchLab Talented Instructor: Anna Erwany of Bakes By Anna. You'll be learning from an individual who has used her self-taught baking skills to set up a home-based bakery business! Anna was drawn to this passion from watching her mom and aunt bake various goodies in the kitchen. She picked up the tips and tricks and gradually learnt the ways through practice. Through this, Anna discovered her strength lies in baking pavlovas and decided to take this skill to the next level by taking orders for these desserts. She hopes to share the techniques and secrets behind baking pavlovas fit for events and occasions and possibly for the aspiring home bakers out there!
