BenchLab Talented Instructor: Zubaidah Hisham of Pieces of Z. You’ll be learning from an individual who believes healthy cooking can be done at the comfort of your own kitchen! Zubaidah has always been a conscious eater as diabetes is hereditary in her family. As such, preparing nutritious and healthy meals at home is very important to her. By experimenting with different recipes and ingredients, she has recreated healthy renditions of various dishes and even sold them to gym patrons. Zubaidah hopes to share that green recipes can be flavourful as well as wholesome for the whole family!
